I am an Assistant Professor
of Economics at the University of Oklahoma and a fellow at the Global Labor Organization.
My primary research interests are in the fields of Environmental and Development Economics.
I am also affiliated with the Berkeley Initiative for
Transparency in the Social Sciences and the
Institute for Resilient Environmental and Energy Systems.
I received a B.A. in
Mathematical Economics
from Colorado College,
and a Ph.D. in
Resource Economics from
the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Previously, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Boise State University from 2019 to 2022.
I also worked for the World Bank Group and
Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) prior to my doctoral study.
Recently, the
White House
released the Fifth National Climate Assessment (NCA5)
in which I contributed as one of the
chapter
co-authors.
